Gregory Poppen is a writer, director, and producer of scripted entertainment, sports programming, major network specials, and marketing content. With over 75 produced credits in multiple media and genres, he brings a unique set of skills to the table.
With a strong background in family-friendly entertainment, he was head writer and segment producer for the Emmy nominated Wonderful World of Disney holiday specials, and directed Rocks my House for Disney Channel. He wrote and directed the motion picture Chilly Christmas starring Tom Arnold, which won the Best Kids Film Award at MipCom in France.

Poppen was head writer and field producer of the Miss USA and Miss Universe specials on FOX, major sports events including boxing's Battle of the Platforms livestream, the ESPYS, X-GAMES and NHL Awards, and head writer for the 74th annual Golden Globe Awards.
100FLY Productions and Poppenfilms also produce in-house projects, including the hit music video Gravity featuring The Voice winner Javier Colon and the wish-fulfillment reality pilot Adopting Dreams.

Production begins in 2026 for the feature film Four Strings written and directed by Poppen and shooting on location in Hawaii.
